How to Make A Video Within a Picture

A couple people have been asking me how I did my lip-synching video, so I thought I should make some instructions on how to place a video on a background using Windows Movie Maker. (Btw, if you want the background to move as well the process is also very similar. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out.)

i've done what u said but im stuck where u say - then import your pictures into windows movie maker, and make the time for each pic very short?

i did import the pics but i don't get the timing thing? how do i complete that...

Put the pictures in the timeline, and drag the right side of each to make it as short as possible. To make it even faster, use the double-speed effect.
