I know very little of the goings-on in Haiti right now, so sorry if I sound rude but did anyone else think the guy claiming to be her uncle seemed to a little shifty? Like, he took forever to say her name and age etc, I really hope they make sure he's who he says he is. If the poor soul has lost her parents then he'll probably get to take her.

This is my hometown, and it's all destroyed. For Jaspercat91, I know the guy taking the baby. He is her uncle. I grew up with him.His English is not sharp, and that's probably why it took him a minute to understand the question. But I see how you can be concerned about people taking advantage of this unfortunate situation to steal kids. Thank you all for prayers.God has a plan!

JasperCat91, you are right. You would think he'd be crying

I would like that but Americans are now attacking Australia over some commercial.

Let's all cut this shit about race -_-.. human beings are human beings, and allies are allies.

This is at least Australians doing good things for people of color. Too many people are trying to make Australians out to be "racist" at the moment just because of some commercial they don't understand...
I find it disgusting how Mike Amor is taking most of the credit when Richard Moran was the one who put down the camera and started digging.

Well in the article I posted in the side bar, Richard Moran is the one credited.

Fuck all of the people who just tries to take the honor xD That's pretty god damn fucked .. I know that they are there to help, but taking other report into consideration, then Richard Moran was the only one to help out in the beginning x)

I don't think anyone expected to find her so it came as a surprise. Its very good that they all tried to help though, no matter their intentions.

When they are running down the streets, the devastation is much worse than what we see on the news!

Yes, I haven't seen one picture or video of Haiti recently that isn't rubble. It's a miracle that so many have survived, even though so many have died...
