This is an animation I made to celebrate the holiday season.

I made this almost entirely in blender 2.5, with the exception of the snow people which I imported from blender 2.49 and the snow texture for the landscape came from:

I owe a special thanks to Kevin MacLeod for the awesome royalty free music available at:

  • did you modeled the terrain using Noise button, 2.5 ??

  • @Cabroni2 No I used a wizard with in 2.49 to creat the landscape

  • Just saw this on Ira's channel. Not sure how to adjust it but the snow mens body's are perfectly smooth balls. There maybe a way to better simulate a snowy texture in blender.

  • Thank you. the smoothness of the snow men bugged me as well

  • why am I looking at this in July?

  • Christ was more likely then not born in may. because the Roman government would not have taken a seances during the time of Hanukkah.

    so shut up

  • honestly, get over yourself.

  • to you as well

  • If you will kindly notice the the word "Holidays" is a derivative of of the words "Holy" and "Days". Wishing someone "Happy Holidays" not only encompasses wishing someone a "Merry Christmas," but bids good tidings to someone celebrating Hanukkah. Jesus himself was Jewish and He came "to the Jews first and also to the Gentiles". Think, then speak. Is this really how you would like to represent the Christian faith? It isn't how I choose to. More importantly, it isn't how Jesus chose to.

  • Lol, now I'll say It's from the correct channel.

    Thank you and happy holidays.

  • thank you and happy holidays
