i like the use of symbolism in the sirenia videos, they put much more effort into the video than many other bands care to.

the solo in this song just adds to the awesomeness, yes other guitarists would frown upon it, but that's one thing that makes sirenia so awesome, they're completely unique! also most people WITH brains would agree that, in influencing the solo so heavily, the chorus and solo complement each other perfectly, making the coice of notes and rhythm almost completely flawless

actually the guy who does the solo in this song (Morten Veiland) was the band founder and does all the solos so it was definately just something that he wanted to do
