  • You spent $250 on the model but skimped on the $9.99 for a video camera stand....

  • For 250.00 I would expect it to have a fully working wave motion gun, capable of blowing holes in walls and shit.

  • @wilsonsoong They actually can be quite hard to find since they were only available overseas and not in the USA. I believe the first production run sold out rather fast and then a second production run was made on them. I actually have one of these that I had imported from Japan when it was first announced, but mine has sat untouched in the original box in storage for years. I am probably going to sell it, but unopened ones can fetch $400-$500.

  • Put a revolver in the model, make that wave motion gun work like it should.

  • where did you get it? I want one too

  • الحمدلله والشكر

  • Kids today. They really missed out. It was pretty common for a character to go on a mission and they WOULDNT COME BACK!

  • It's not engaging the engine, it's engaging the wave motion gun!

This guy obviously hasn't seen the series, otherwise he probably would've been at least slightly excited with the sound effects of the ship... I personally got goosebumps just hearing the sound of the wave motion gun charging...

  • Isnt there any Space Battleship Yamato models like this that I dont have to build for a little less money?

  • *Theme song*

were up to sit up on a little diplay stand

    were sitting patiently

    our star blazers

waiting for this vid to end

    the camera is so crapy

althouh nothing was left behind we'll still have dangers to find

we must be strong and brave our hope weve got to save

we are trapped up in this room on a tiny display stand...

  • @japanessmonsterfan I got 1 that was made in the 90's, nice little 6-8in die cast hull & plastic top/superstructure, push a spring loaded button & wings pop out, & compartment for 3 included tiny space fighter planes. $20. Nothing fancy, but, $20! It's "cute". I think it's cool. I bought 2. 1 to play with, 1 in stays in the box. I could make a short/quick video if anybody was interested in seeing it. I got it off Ebay BWT, like, I forget, 8-10yrs ago maybe? "Our....Star....Blaaazeeeers!"

  • i got mine for 52$ lol
