Up [2009] - Carl & Ellie - What About Now

Yes, I know it took a while but this is my first official music video I have made using Sony Vegas 9.0. It took a while to get used to putting together videos on there because the tools can be quite confusing but I think I did a pretty good job for a first timer.

So, I decided my first video would be dedicated to the amazing new Disney Pixar movie which is "Up". The characters Carl & Ellie are beautiful and yes, it still makes me cry everytime I watch this back. It's such a moving relationship and I tried to capture it the best I could in a short space of time.

The song is "What About Now" by Chris Daughtry.

Incredbly moving. It captured the inner feeling and the whole theme of the movie. The song reflects Carl's relationship with Ellie and the things he's doing for her.

Seriously, I was tearing up after Carl sets the house free with balloons.

I had so much less of a reaction to the actual movie. Well done.

You picked a wonderful film to vid to as your first mv with SV9. This movie had everything in it with the funny moments, heartfelt scenes, even action. Carl and Ellie...what a couple! Talk about growing old together. Amazing vid!! 5* You'll do great with the program. Keep UP the good work. : )

i love this movie so much. I love it when Carl realized that Ellie's dream was not building a house near the paradise fall or travelling the world or anything, but marrying Carl and stay together with him. and then he set the house free and everything because he finally realized one thing- he had already complete the dream with Ellie for giving her such great memories in her life. Totally love this movie and this video clip!
