In 1880 a group of men got together under one principle...to unite all engineers and SET THE STANDARD. Since then the American Society of Mechanical Engineers have affected the industry by creating standards that would unite engineering companies towards progress and not chaos.
Here at the Student Section of ASME at University of Central Florida, we pride ourselves on becoming the best at what we do. Our Officers are involved in numerous positions on campus so as to bring a diversity to the organization. We strive ourselves on affecting the community through our service, through our representation and through our ability to shape the minds of the future.
