@ceruleanpure thank you for the support! I have already switched to Zyban and substitute more than 1/2 of my cigarettes with the less harm full electric ones. I'm keeping my hands busy too so even if I do have one lit, i'm not always smoking it all. I know it isn't a big difference with the second hand smoke, but it is a start. I don't have a lot of will power or self-love so the steps are smaller, but I am recognizing them and making them
