I can understand the frustration with not having a car and wanting to get food - I've been in the same situation as a pedestrian late at night. But at the same time, it's dangerous for people who are not in cars to be in the drive-thru lane.

I think a good solution would be to have a 'walk up window' in addition to the drive thru, so pedestrians can get food after the dining room closes. Of course, that would be pretty costly to add.

they didn't violate her rights... every fast food place has a policy to not allow pedestrians through the drive through for their own safety, if she wants food so bad she should go there before the lobby closes, or maybe go get a salad.... that's the reality of it, there is no discrimination going on here, the policy applies to everybody.

i wrok @ at white castle i sympothise for her postion and it may not be her fault that she is that way but yes our polices is all aobut safty for the custimer and for the emplyesss the person at white castle should of handeled it like mcdonlads person did allowed it that time but explained for your safty we cant allow you to go threw drive threw in the scooter any more.
