New Channels Delayed For Another 2 Weeks

Some of you thought that the new channels were supposed to be published on its due date, July 15, 2009. Well Unfortunately it's not, Youtube thinks that its a short time frame, so they don't have a new due date as of now, but its announced to release in about 2 weeks.
