@MrsPaul Not long, clean checks are ok but its so bad nowadays with blindsides, and a concussion in the NHL almost every day now. sad really.

@MrsPaul For sure, hockeyhas always been rough, but brutality does not add anything good to the sport IMHO. Chirping and pushing should stop right after the whistle sound.
Don't get me wrong, I like the game, but what does these brawls add nothing good to the game. We only see that in elementary schools and North-American ice hockey. Even rugby players are much more civilised. But it seems that it has became a selling argument to expand the market in USA.
