See it, Shoot it, Share it. The Creative Vado is a fun and affordable pocket video camera that allows you to take up to 120 minutes of video (or 60 mins in High Quality) and upload it directly to Youtube (http://www.youtube.com), Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) & Box.net (http://www.box.net) at a click of a button.

This video gives you an idea of the quality of video taken at different places (outdoors (day & night), indoors with gd/poor lighting and also its audio quality). To be fair, the quality decreased by like 10% after you upload to Youtube.

The 2GB Creative Vado comes in Silver and Pink.

  • hey hows the audio and what gen is it

  • The video quality is good but it's pretty shaky. A simple way to get rid of that is a pocket-sized gizmo called a readysteady.

  • thanks for such detailed review. It is just what i wanted to see - different lighting, audio quality.

    Thanks!

  • what annoys about the cameras sounds is that annoying crackle...

    otherwise its a good camera

  • Have you shot with the Creative Vado pocket cam?

I want him thinking I do buy. Is it recommended to buy?

  • Kingone I had a thought for getting pictures out of the video on the Vado.

Couldn't you, (When you get up the picture you want), pause it and take a Screen Capture, (by pressing "Alt Gr and PrtSc at the same time), open Paint paste it into that and then save that as a jpeg) or alternatively, bring the video into Windows Movie Maker, get the scene up you want a shot of, pause it and press the "Take Picture" button or another program that has that ability? What do you think?

    Thank you.

  • when you update the firmware..

    did the audio also improved???

bcoz it has 56kbps bitrate & sampling rate/frequency is only 14000...

  • wen doez the firmware release????

  • thanks.. thatz y it haz pure color....
