*A few weeks later*
The sun was starting to set. I sat by the pool, tanning. Something I don't get to do very often. That was until Joe jumped in the pool and splashed water all over me.

He just smirked at me and continued to swim like nothing. He's been doing this for the past week. I've been ignoring his little game. Men
I got up and dried myself off. I caught Joe staring at my body. I threw my towel at his head.
Billie: PERV!!
He snickered as I walked inside and up to my room. I threw on some clothes and walked back. Kevin and Danielle were sitting on the couch in the living room with Nick and Sarah.

Danielle: Hey Billie
Billie: Hi
Danielle: We were just talking about you.
Billie: Is that a good thing?
Kevin: we were Telling Nick and Sarah about you.
Billie: oh. Ok.
SARAH: Is it true you go to Boston?
Billie: In the fall, yes.
Sarah: my sister went Boston.
Billie: I love it.
Joe walked in, rubbing his hair with a towel. I looked over and stared at his abs.
Joe: like what u see?
Billie: no.
Joe: Sure.
He headed up stairs and I shook my head. They were all staring at me.
Billie: what?
Sarah: He totally likes you
Billie: nah
Sarah: whatever you say
I rolled my eyes in the kitchen. I stood by the counter and could still hear everything they were saying.
Sarah: how does she not see it? I've known him for 3 years plus I dated him. I know when he likes a girl.
Danielle: she might be afraid to let another guy in. She's been in a lot of relationships and I've watched them all crumble.
I sighed. She knows me way too well.
