This isn't really complete or good or anything, I just found the chords in my room and I remembered I wouldn't have ever started writing songs or anything if not for this song. So I played it a bit.
When I was 15 I saw her play this live and I cried hysterically. But my dad did too, so I didn't feel too bad.

Wow! ... you bring tears to my eyes... and I'm a Special Forces officer just recently returned from Afghanistan... the song means more to me than you might know... even so much that I rewrote the lyrics to apply to my situation... but anyway your vox is very soft and beautiful...

The first time I heard this song was a friend of mine teaching it to a group of girls your age at summer camp. The song came to mind and seeing your video reminds me of that group of girls singing this song. Great video and thanks for reminding me of the memory. I hope you are still playing and putting your stuff out there!

Wow! I came here looking to see if there was an official video of Suzanne Vega's original version of this song and found this -- you have a really nice voice that goes very well with this lovely song. Maybe you'll post a full version someday!
