New Series...Opinions...?

Ok sooooo...i need ur opinions on this. I've come up with likee 200 series ideas in the past month, and this one's actually stuck in my mind the most. I'm not sure if i wanna make this a series yet or not but i want ur guys opinions on it. It's kindaa a mix of romeo and juliet, with some les mis thrown into it.(if u've seen les mis, ull understand how it plays into this cuz i saw les mis like 3 weeks agoXD)

Plot:
Janice Merlow has lived her life sheltered from the rest of the world. Her oldest sister Nicole was killed by the Vishers,-her family's biggest rivals, because Nicole killed their only son, Ryan, over a breakup. Janice's father was banished because he tried to embezzle money from the bank and she hasn't seen him since she was 9. Her mother, scared for their family, has overprotected Janice since her birth. When Janice turned 18, she finally left home to realize she's run into Kylie, one of her best friends from her childhood whom she hasn't seen since they were 4. Once reuniting, Janice wants to return to her home to show her mother that she met her old friend again, only to remember that Kylie is a Visher. Janice's mother forbids Janice to leave their home again, so she doesn't run into Kylie again, but sneeks out to talk to Kylie and her stepbrother, Chris. Janice falls for Chris as he does for her, and they secretly write to each other every night without anyone knowing. One day, Kylie meets Janice's cousin Steven and she falls for him, as he falls for her. Kylie and Janice eventually realize that their sisters know their secrets and threaten to expose them, but then realize that maybe what their parents don't know won't hurt them.
