Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Reunite with Megan Reed

The reuniting of the couple after the third boss in the game. This doesn't come up very nicely, however, as Reed seems to have lost her emotions for Adam.

I like the subtle details in this scene.

He takes off the visor when she holds his hand... probably the only moment he shows some more emotion than usual.

Of course, then he puts them back on, forgets about Megan and is the good old cold Jensen again.
