One big question there has to be...!:

Is this one at least as realistic as "Condor" soaring simulator? I mean about aerodynamics modeling and flight models of the gliders, behaving THE SAME as the real ones...!

In this video..., if the sim player respects all the parameters(speed, alt, input amount, CG) of the real flyer entering a spin at 2:40, it means it ain't so realistic..., as the glider in the game spins much faster and enters the spin quicker than the real glider...:P!
