It's good to see Bruce playing one of my favorite cornet solos with my old band. Bruce was the original conductor of the Illinois Brass Band, and Colin was his successor. I played principal cornet under Bruce and Colin both in the IBB, and later, soprano cornet under Colin in the Chicago Brass Band. It was good to see so many of my old "mates" playing this concert!! Hope to see more CBB videos!
