I call it like I see it. My statement is in no way contradicting. The european powers both north and south of the border have opressed the natives of these lands. Its simply a fact. I dont think we should give the land back.However we should be civil, compassionate, and understanding. Have you been to an anti illegal immigration rally? Not exactly your sweetest people on earth. I believe its possible to find a common ground with both sides but nothing will get solved with all the hate.

We, here & now, can not change the past. We can not "erase" it from happening. We are also not responsible for the past. However, we as a country are responsible for our own citizens first. As for jobs, well, what do you think NAFTA was? Those companies in MX who got the contracts, pay their workers SLAVE WAGES!

And talk about "left wing" talking points... the...

"jobs Americans don't want" has gotten pretty OLD and worn out by obamer & the Dems!

Problem is.. that there's PLENTY of Americans that would GLADLY take these jobs... but... under the "quotas" that many companies & government entities require... in MANY cases.. they'll hire illegals w/o ANY regard for their citizen status!

Much like the Dallas ISD.. they were even trying to recruit illegals from Mexico to teach in OUR schools!

Well, I have NO idea what Rush Limbagh says on the matter.... but since it makes YOU nervous on what he's been saying... I'll need to find his show and listen to see what's got YOU so upset or watch videos here on YouTube on what he's saying!

But didn't YOU know that here in Texas... we're VERY aware of the influx of illegals in OUR country?

I dont support Mexico and its government I do however support its people who have been opressed by the Europeans of Mexico. The Native tribes both North and south of the border are related. The borders crossed the indiginous people not the other way around. Look Im an American first but i want a real solution instead of constant hate and denial of the past. I think we should help our neighbors by giving them jobs americans dont want instead of giving them over seas and making China stronger.

numberjuanchicano: If the land of the US belong to any indiginious natives, its not the ones from Mexico. It belongs to the Hopi, Navajo, Apache, Ute, Zuni, and the Pueblo as examples. While I personally do not have any control over not being able to let them have their land back, and I think they should have more land, you seem to forget it belongs to them first, and NOT Mexico. So I guess you think Mexico is special to deserve it over the North American People of the SW? Wrong.

Santa Anna was a Spaniard(white boy) who sold land that didnt belong to him. It belonged to the indiginous natives of Mexico. Therefore stolen and illegal. Your right Mexico did steal from the aztecs and mayans. The spaniards(white boys) stole from the indiginous people. When the indiginous people fought and rebeled against their corrupt government the U.S. came to Mexicos aid. I guess you white people really stick together. You see the Europeans committed genocide north and south of the border.

numberjuanchicano: Umm what part of Mexico lost the war, when they tried to take Texas from the Union, and thus General Anna SOLD Texas to the US to line his pockets. Also, if you think we stole from Mexico, then MX stole from the Aztecs & Mayans. And as for Mexico, why is it the US has existed for less than 250 years yet MX has existed for thousands of years & you can't get your act together & become more than a third world country? Oh wait, you EXPECT us to give it to you, right?
