The sweeping power is generated via Schwarze Industries' regenerative air flow system, which is uniquely effective in picking up both small particles and larger debris pieces. In this system, a portion of the air is vented off, which results in a larger volume of air being pumped.

For your convenience and safety, each Schwarze sweeper is controlled from a console in the truck cab. The console allows for remote operation of the hydraulic, dust suppression, and lighting systems, as well as the sweeper's auxiliary engine.
