I've never seen an artichoke eaten this way. My mom always cooked stuffed artichokes but I'm going to have to try it your way. Do you just boil it ? I'll just check out your blog in case you have it posted there. :)

@ERYNLA I just boil my artichokes, then drain them and then eat them. So it is super simple!

I LOVE your videos and blog.They are soo,SO helpful & it's so good to see someone that actually knows what they're talking about AND truly wants to help people improve their health and overall quality of life:]Before I watched your diet tips video I thought I would already know everything you were going to say(only because I have spent SO much time looking at diet tips, but nope! They were pretty much all new to me and way more helpful than many of the other things I have heard about. thank you!
