In this video Dr. Jennifer Walden, an Austin plastic surgeon, talks about the approval of new silicone breast implants compared to saline-filled implants for breast augmentation. Dr. Walden as well as other plastic surgeons and patients have concluded that in fact silicone implants have a more natural feel and look due to the fact that silicone gel has a texture that is similar to breast tissue. Based on these results it can be said that breast augmentation or implants will be even more sought out by women since its approval.

So glad silicone has been re-approved by the FDA, Saline just doesn't cut it.Saline is far too hard, my friends have gotten saline implants and although they do look very nice I would not want to have them in me! Silicone all the way..once I turn 22
