Or you could buy one of those 60 cent rubber things that have been around for a decade that you attach to keys and does THE EXACT SAME THING, without the inflation time...meaning it won't sink in the first place.

erm! why are people calling this a stupid product? if I needed to wear a life jacket with these devices in i would be able to move around a lot better! I dont need the bulkyness of the life jacket! I just need it to float if I actually hit the water!

Clever idea but...
If those keys drop...it takes 10 seconds to activate...how far have those keys now sunk...
...and into what...plantation, reeds, debris...
Very likely the device gets tangled.

I don't mean to be rude, but you are obviously in the group with less than one half, judging by your answer.
The fact that people ARE stupid enough to lose something important like keys is exactly why it is NOT a wasteful pointless invention, and why it will sell... and it will sell well.
That's like saying people who fall off bikes and land on their heads are stupid and deserve it. Maybe so, but that doesn't change the fact that a helmet is a perfectly good, and profitable, invention.

just checked the his website, he turned down the dragons offer after the show and cecided to go it alone, bold move but it seems like he is doing well with his new kids toy ballon thingy, best of luck to him.
