Hi, at 2:32, you can see that hard polystrene is surrounding it on all sides. This means that the container could hardly move at all and would not stess the T. For a first time packing, yes its not that good from your POV, but its a good technique

Exactly what PRAET0R1ANN said- you noticed the abdomen getting bloated (may get bashed by this, but this is the exact same principle if you a look at a pregnant woman)
As you know from Rob and my videos...gravid Ts hide themselves are don't eat..exactly like that they would in premolt stage
