  • @LoRiiKiiNZz The label says it all! You don't have to do any research, it's all on the label how much is in a serving size. And it's up to you to keep track of the numbers- some people like a lot or a little milk.

  • I think it's a bit wrong telling people how they HAVE to pour out their cereal and what they HAVE to do. As long as they don't go OVERRRRRRR the top, then people can eat how they like, no?

    Life is too short to be obsessively counting each little morsel of food. It's obsessive compulsive, in my opinion anyway.

  • @SplendiferouslySteph You make very valid points. The health & fitness community as a whole is always evolving. Now let's be real here. The average person trying to lose weight is more than likely not gonna burn off those extra servings of cereal. It's best to stick to the serving size of anything if you want to have optimal weight lose! Dieting is 80% what you eat and 20% working out. No trip to the gym will save anyone if they're always eating more than they burn.

  • @Merdenoms You bet incorrectly actually. This is the thing; there is no SHOULD or SHOULDN'T. They say you SHOULD drink 8 glasses of water a day; that has since been debunked as untrue. They say you SHOULD eat 5 fruits/veg a day, do you? Eating a bit more than the recommended amount won't kill you. And if you do, just burn it off through exercise. Damn. You guys act like a gym doesn't exist.

  • @myshel988 Food is there to be enjoyed. If someone wants to have 2 bowls of cereal, it doesn't make them bad people. You're acting like eating more than 1000 calories a day is a capital crime. That's how people start getting bulimia etc. 

  • @TearsNoMore87 lol am I making myself look bad? Please count the ways. If you want to wanna live off of less than 1000 cals a day then do you boo, but telling other people what they have to eat is wrong. That's all i'm saying. Not everyone has your body type or your appetite. Eating a couple tablespoons more of a product will not automatically put on 150lbs. I get it; you're strict. But telling people that to eat less is better is plain stupid.

  • @SplendiferouslySteph You SHOULD be eating the serving size when you consume anything with a nutriental lable stating the recommend serving. With your little method you're probably eating about 4 servings of cereal. I bet you go through a box a day lmao.
