  • This is exactly the kind of PC crap that is ruining the company and America in the first place. Please, tell me how each and every reference you showed is "negative?" In fact Russell Means, a huge Native American Rights Activist and also one of the stars of "Pocahontas," had nothing but good things to say about the film.

"Saludos Amigos" and "The Three Cabrellos" were made as part of the good neighbor policy with South America during the 1940's, meant to create peaceful relations.

  • I think, racist or not, Disney movies shows stereotypes in many of their characters but not necessary are offensive.

But it is necessary to bear in mind that these stereotypic representations if they can influence the perception of the people, including children, on the persons of different cultures: Asians, Latin people, etc.

    Greetings from Mexico!

  • This is oversensitive. Disney has made fun of certain aspects of almost every culture. It is culture here that is the object of playful criticism, not race. It isn't racist, it's playful teasing of any and all cultural differences, including White America (which is Mr. Disney's cultural background) . If you are worried about stereotypes, get Disney on their mean, loud, and stubborn father stereotypes.

  • I don't care what anyone says.

The racism made it funny. Not because it was racist. But because it was over-the-top.

    THAT'S what made it funny.

I liked the crows in Dumbo.

I loved the Siamese cats in Lady and the Tramp.

And I happen to think Speedy Gonzalez was one of the funniest cartoon characters around.

  • Walt Disney was a Nazi

  • yes they do but i dont think u should blame disany for the raisism thinngs have changed quit a bit since and u dont see that stiff in modern disany movies

  • this is stupid, they are just movies.children don't take anything from movies but entertainment. don't try to complicate things
