Guys lets not agree with Mr Menon jus coz his performance is brilliant!coz if we blv n do wht he says we end up doin the same thing he hates about Islam! The greatness of India does not lie in sidelining Muslims but takin them along n emerge as an epitome of peaceful coexistence like we always were in historic times. India belongs to a muslim as much as it belongs to a hindu, a sikh, a christian, a bahai, an atheist. We shud let thm be as proud being an Indian as we are.

@PunjabiGabroo01 You hurled so many accusations at Islam. Can I ask you the source of these accusations? If you say Quran is violent book then you must take a look at Bible and Gita. I heard a American guy saying that bashing Islam has become a business and the business is booming and I wonder how true it is after watching the mainstream media stereotyping Islam. And believe me Islam has always been a religion of peace, its few muslims who HAVEN'T been peaceful...

I am presently a muslim not because I was born a muslim but because I chose to be a muslim. Since you believe that I am well-read I hope you respect my decision and the reason why took this decision...

@PunjabiGabroo01 Thats what I am trying to say that there are both honorable people and disgusting people in the world and I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE FOUND IN ALL THE FAITHS SO WHY SINGLE OUT ISLAM. Shias and Sunnis are battling out for the supremacy in the country so why blame Islam for these power hungry men. Well dear have you not heard about buddhist sects like Minamoto and Taira etc fighting each other, Protestants-catholics fighting each other, Brahmin-dalit issues etc...

See the History of Islam- The Quran has over 140 suras of war- TO CUT, Not the Pagans- But ALL KAFIRS- NON believers. A GOOD LOT ARE OFFENSIVE- not Defensive as Muslims are made to believe. But when you quote a war torn country- you forget its ISLAM IN ACTION AGAIN with SHIA-SUNNI conflict....How many times have u heard of different Vaishav sects fighting, buddhists sects killing each other, Jains going after each other, Or Christians going for each other.

@PunjabiGabroo01 Did you say "SOME"??? You keep getting these kind of cases on a REGULAR BASIS and you say some. Then what was Graham stains killings, regular intimidation and torture of Christians etc. Iraq my dear friend is a war torn country where around 1 million people have died. So in a lawless country there is obviously going to be issues and the article clearly mentions AFTER 2003 INVASION. You also did not mention it was the MUSLIM NEIGHBOURS who saved them couple of times...

@PunjabiGabroo1 If Sinhalese and Tamils are fighting out for land and representation then Chechans are fighting Russians for the same, Uiygurs are fighting for independence, Palestinians are fighting for their right, Iraqis and Afghans are fighting against foreign occupations etc. So if you wanna go that way I can follow the same way. If there are "SOME" nuts then why do dalits still LARGELY SUFFER. Your HINDU BRAHMINS AND KSHATRIYAS already made Buddhists extinct and muslim invasion did no good
