The studio music was stoppped by the Colonel he last original big hit was the first I bought back in NY in the 1963 "Devil in Disguise" not knowing after that it was just movies which went from bad to terrible and likewise the soundtrack LPs RCA had to go to the vaults and also a very few quality songs from the films until "If I Can Dream" and "In the Ghetto" and "Suspicious Minds" his last #1 single although "Burning Love" made #2 The Colonel was a cheap penny pinching con man
