@TheSonicBro Castle 8-4 from SMB1 has a bonus underwater (sewer) area which contains firebars. Lost Levels have some above-ground stages with Bloopers flying in the air.

I like how many of the levels in the game share similar overall themes to their SMB1 counterparts, although they are entirely remixed. Some areas that will kill you if you don't enter the next screen just right, are freakin brutal.
