Today's shot of Metropolis Redline. Pulled on Quickmill Anita, Mazzer Super Jolly, volume dose, Lava Tamp (convex tamper). Shot is pulled at 7-bar (gauge reading), grind, dose, level and tamp (nothing more). Taste is sweet milk chocolate, caramel, cherry, melon with a creamy soft body. Finish is chocolate with nice fruited wine. Very clean elegant espresso.
