Colchester Arts Centre, 22/5/10. This one is kinda interesting, the synth is set up to play a different note for each different three hit sequence of drum hits. Similar to how triplets of bases in DNA code for different amino acids (sans redundancy); the four drums being the 'bases'. I think this is mostly improv but there are definately some awesome bits in there.

  • Is there any offical records of this stuff, I need this in HQ :(

  • @Bill6650 No, there's a few mp3s on his website but nothing else. The old videogame tracks are probably a nightmare to licence. I think he's been asked before and didn't seem too bothered about releases. Strikes me as more of a live thing. You'll have to rip the audio off some good vids or something. You realize he's deafened himself and so hasn't drummed for quite a while? lol.

  • might have to bootleg this so i can listen to it all the ding dong time

  • @gomtron Ha, I did. Shamefully my camera only records in mono, but it still sounds pretty awesome.
