This is "Russian Dance With the Belts"
Tanez s Poyasami. It was Choreographed By L Nosihin, and restaged by Alexandr Nosihin my dear teacher and mentor. I have danced it myself in S-Petersburg Russia and Abroad.
It greatly concernse me that videos like this unnamed and uncredited lead to a pleagerism and great artist and choreographers do not get the recognition that they deserve. This peace has been in repertuar since mid 1960s and still alive and danced By Rossiyanochka of S-Petersburg.

I tried looking it up but I couldn't find any info about "Dance with the Belts". Could you please link me some sites where I can find out more info about the artists?
