Prior to doing this treatment, i had the black color dye removed from my hair (my hair is naturally brown..not black) ..it is still really dark though... so I have been using this treatment to lighten it back to my natural color. Some of the highlights in my hair are from bleach. the majority of it is not.

I'm just now stumbling upon this video.I swear lately I've been noticing my hair has been getting lighter!I had no clue honey has traces of peroxide in it.I mix honey into my weekly deep conditioning treatment.I've been doing it for over a year!My hair is a brown color and it use to be black last year.I'm going to have to stop using it but it makes my hair so soft and shiny!

yes hydrogen peroxide is safe on skin so it should be safe on your hair, it is also the active catalyst ingredient used in hair color and bleaching.. The only thing to consider is how much more breaking down of the hair cuticle do you want to do (normal damage that comes from chemically changing the hair). Although the honey and olive oil probably make the process a lot easier and somewhat nourishing to the hair. Sooo you can probably do it as long as you havent blonded too much already.
