small suggestion about cooking water... normally i make rice with broth... to enhance the flavor.. maybe in a pinch having a few cans in your stock may help stretch your water... find coupons and match them up with sales to get the best deals.. or buy generic...

I store a bit of food but tend to go for a lot of storage of few basic essentials, basically rice and beans.
I wouldn't never store stuff like sugar or pancake mix or....but of course it would get depressing to be eating the same stuff all the time.

Good supply of stored water. That looks like a good week supply without bathing.
You should look into a well or a way to recycle that if you're holed up.
