Take A Kid Striper Fishing on the Chattahoochee River

I took my friend Chad and his two boys Gavin and Garrett fishing today July 24, 2010 on the Chattahoochee river in Atlanta Georgia. We caught 18 rainbow trout, 1 yellow perch, 1 carp and 5 striped bass. It was a good day and we all had a blast!

Enjoying your videos on the 'Hooch, Judah. I'm planning on taking my brother and two nephews trout fishing from McGinnis Ferry to Medlock Bridge one day next spring, and below Morgan falls the next for some striper. I didn't realize trout made for good striper food. Thanks for the heads-up.

Hope the game warden doesn't see this as it is illegal to use live minnows/trout on the Hoochee. LOL

@9tiller91 They have seen us and they confirmed it is legal to use trout as bait as long as you don't contain over the limit of eight trout in the boat (with a trout stamp on your fishing license) or you have a receipt for purchasing the trout.
