i was sore for 3-4 months, even after 6 months i feel sorness in chest and legs

@zachboyle54 It depends on your goals.
If your looking for hyperthropy, then destroy the muscle every workout! and from what you say, that sounds awesome for that purpose.
If your working for strength, your working out in the wrong way

Hey Chris, I have been working out my legs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week. I do a lot of high intensity plyometrics and jumps/box jumps with weights... I have been doing about the same types of workouts for over a month now. STILL after every workout for the next day or two my legs are completely shredded and sore. I even take ice baths after every workout. Is it okay that my legs are sore all the time? Should I make my workouts a little less intense? Thanks a lot!

@TSuperChallenge can a hot bath help?

I just wished people knew exercise to lose weight properly instead of all them unhealthy starving yourself diets.
I too lost 30KG while exercising, and i relatively ate what ever i wanted during.
what about icyhot or bengay?

@jamasianjimmy they just distract your from the pain, with temporary topical pain relief. An ice bath actually reduces the inflammation that is causing the pain.
