Black Mesa: Teleporter brought about The End Of The World As We Know It. Surviving staff is currently working to liberate the human race. Also invented the Gravity Gun.
Tl;Dr, they're almost equal, but Black Mesa is a bit ahead in my books because they're trying to fix their mistakes.

@Leushenko I agree, its bullshit how portal 2 came out and everyone now is loving on it and all of them saying they work there. i use to love aperture when no one hardly knew about it since portal 2 came out, might as well be on black mesa's side
