thats very dodgy, the base needs somthing like three or four small wheels to take the weight of the arm rather than the servo horn (which looks like it's about to snap) and the claw is uneven when it closes and one of the servos operating the claw is flexing at the point of attachment. It seems like you have a good understanding of electronics but not mechanics, have a look at some of the things I have built.
