@KTJoyProductions I own this camera and the video is very, very good for it's price range. The audio is another matter. If you are filming a family gathering or some other such similar event, it is fine. However, don't EVEN think about using it for filming a live band or any loud music or event. UTTER distortion that is completely un-listenable.i.e. white noise. Of course a way around this problem is to buy a Zoom H2 or H4 recorder, record with that, and sync the sound in editing.

This is by FAR my favorite "pocket" HD camera. Best price too.
So far I've gone through and tested the Zi8, Zi10 (Playtouch), Flip, and a few others and this model Xacti always outperforms all of them. Its crazy.
wow this camera looks great! is the audio good? the quality is just what im looking for but im also looking for good sound.

@KTJoyProductions I haven't had any complaints about the audio. In this video, the only audio I added was the music and birds. The rain is real.

@MrXamenyap There are newer versions. The next model I sold in my store recorded at 1080P and had mini HDMI output.

@TheDylanSmart If it's dropping frames, your computer just isn't powerful enough to handle HD video. Use VGA resolution if you're having that problem, or buy a new computer or better graphics card.
