It's because he is Taiwanese/Chinese, Mandarin rap doesn't sound ghetto. While I think ghetto has a bad influence on society, it's just a deviant culture. Most of that urban rap mainly focused on gangs,rape,sex,money,prostitutes, pretty much garbage. But, keep in mind some of the urban rap is okay, I just don't like hyped up gangsters producing (C)rap music as I would call it. Overall,I think Taiwanese rap has more of a cultural influence in it.Love or hate, but Wilber Pan is a good rapper.
