throws are not cheap, he is supposed to reverse ryu in the air or counter with his own throw. This is the great fighting game by far.

Anyone who know's HF know's that this is arguably one of Ryu's toughest matchups. You have to resort to cross ups and tick throws to beat Balrog, because you can't control space with Hadouken's right. You crybabies complaining about throws don't understand nothing about how HF plays like on the competetive lvl.

Balrog's TAPs are useless unless used at close range because Ryu can FP them clean. The Ryu player missed a lot opportunities to fierce punch the TAPs.
