Here's another cool summer design. I wanted to experiment with the reverse french and neon colors...The color scheme was inspired by my little sister's bubble machine. This nail art reminds me of some kind of fruit... or the sun... either way it's colorful and unique. Remember to request, rate, and comment! :)
