This is my OSSI Gas Outboard RC Tunnel Hull running full out through the turns with no hooking, due to modifications to the original sponsons by myself. It is now ready to defend my 20009 World Championship in this class of racing. At the end of the run the onboard battery started loosing charge so the turns became worse. • I have not measured with a gun or GPS but from experience I can say it is in the low 50 mph, really good for this big boat. I modified the sponsons. I filled in the outside spray rails, and took out the steps on the sponsons. I also elevated the slope of the sponson from rear to front to make it ride more level, and compress less air under the tunnel.

  • Hi

Nice, any speeds mesured and what exactly did you modified on the hull.

    Regards Marc
