Yes there is. A very large sign on the left hand side (it needs two posts to hold it up) just before the video starts with a section that alternates between a "No motor vehicles" and a lane indication.

I can't see the problem here..plus of course I LIKE watching cars hitting bollards on youtube

On your video we can't read anything because of reduced field of view, poor image quality and shakiness. You, in your car, cannot read them either because you're too close to the bus. But drive like you're supposed to, with both hands on the wheel and eyes on the road, and you'll see them all, just like you're supposed to. It is YOUR DUTY as a responsible driver. If you can't, you should send your license back, and take that bus you were following...

"No motor vehicles" sign clearly visible at 8 secs in.
-
The reason why you didn't see it is because you were driving TOO close to the bus!
-
There is a sign showing a big circle with a little car and a little motorcycle in it. I don't think it was a piece of installation art, I think it was trying to tell you something.
-
lol. How can you miss the signs??? You drive with your eyes shut or what?

You're the type of person that shows the public that these things actually work, and stop idiots such as yourself.

You do realise you've just posted evidence of driving without due care and attention right?

I agree with the comments here about what you see at 0:10. In my opinion (yours may differ) you were driving too close to the bus to see the signs. The one on the left is short and succinct- an exclamation mark is not a common sign and its rarity would suggest it's something important enough to take notice of. The short sign under it says "rising bollards (can't read it all in the video as it's blurred from the drivers viewpoint it is clearly visible if your eyesight meets the required std.
People, if you can read the signs you're either driving dangerously because you're eyes are not on the road in front of you or you are standing still. The video clearly demonstrates the impossibility of reading and driving! Incidentally there aren't many people in my circle who have encountered 'rising bollards'. They are simply dangerous - ask any of the drivers who have been hit by them!

No, anyone dumb enough to hit the bollards deserves all they get. People on here seem to suggest reading roadsigns is optional; it is actually an obligation for anyone using the roads!

Your're missing the point.
1 The signs are extremely difficult to read whilst driving. It is not a matter of reading a 'no entry sign'. The signs here are wordy and unclear.
2 I did not hit the bollards - they hit my car - underneath.
3 I don't think it is an 'obligation' to read every sign you pass! Are you seriously suggesting you do?!
SO those who miss a sign 'deserve all they get'. Is it reasonable to have your car wrecked for breaching a local authority restriction? Hmmm

i swear i posted on here?
anyway i will post it again.
Prior to this there is a sign saying it is a pedestrianised zone, which has been missed due to where the video starts.
Also if you are new to an area, surely you would drive slowly, and be slightly suspicious when no other car users are going the same way as you, and there are a vast amount of red signs, and a triangle with an exclaimation mark in the way

First, there are no signs other than those in the video - if you think differently I challenge you to post the video evidence.
Second, I notice you are 16, so presumably you are not a driver yourself?
