wow horrible video the windows text is moving anyways in the normal set up for screen saver no need to run command, and also you go to personalize and put your screen saver. horrible video this is not even close to hacking what so ever.

Everybody!!! to get your icons back... simply hold -> ctrl + alt + Delete
then click start task manager. Then you end the backround program that you are currently using! like it it works!!!

you guys could just press the windiows button (between ctrl and alt) and that'l bring up your start menu and the toolbar and stuff, but keep the background
