Add a Moving Wallpaper to windows 7 . This is a video on adding a video or moving background to you windows pc. This is very simple and will not need any extra programs. To find your screensaver you can open up system32 and search for ".scr" this will show you all your screensaver. Then open up cmd and type in SCREENSAVERNAME.scr /p65552 and press enter. Simple right?

  • Everybody!!! to get your icons back... simply hold -> ctrl + alt + Delete

then click start task manager. Then you end the backround program that you are currently using! like it it works!!!

  • you guys could just press the windiows button (between ctrl and alt) and that'l bring up your start menu and the toolbar and stuff, but keep the background
