A bi-partisan coalition of Legislators, led by Presiding Officer Bill Lindsay, gathered at the Suffolk Legislature Building in the Rose Caracappa Auditorium on June 15, 2011 to announce the introduction of a resolution that directs the Suffolk County executive, Steve Levy, to return records to the Judicial Facilities Agency (JFA).

Present at the end of the press conference is Mr. Martin Cantor, former Director of the JFA. Mr. Martin was terminated after the County Executive became "incensed" after discovering that Mr. Martin had scheduled a press conference calling for the disclosure of the Yaphank jail records.
