All of you who think the federal governments job is to take care of this, you are all wrong. This was a local government problem. They did not have a plan. Haven't you seen the hundreds of school buses underwater. Why didn't Mayor Nagen use those buses to get his people out? Always Bush's fault. Stop using the media talking points, and do a little research on FEMA, and their role in a disaster.
