A wonderful introduction to Mother Torres of Ecuador with whom I was not familiar prior to this homily, and one that gives all of us pause as we examine the landscape of our times.

WOW!!! Fr. Simon cites various mystics who had visions about the moral decay of society during the 20th century, including that within the Roman Catholic Church itself. He cites what 5 modern day popes predicted as well as from the mystic Mariana Torres from Ecuador who, in 1611 (400 years ago), saw that the 20th century would be the devil's own century. Father's sermon focuses upon God speaking to us thru both public & private revelations. Why don't we hear God speaking to us?
