What we are running out of is that nice liquid oil. There's enough in one spot in Canada to fuel the entire world for a hundred years. John S Newberry said in 1875 all oil would be used by 1900's. There are billions of liquid oil in Europe, they don't want to spend the money to dig it up. The minerals industry is dominated by a few monopolies which is the cause of high prices, not scarcity. Saudi Arabia has 90 oil fields and only exploits 9! For billions of years the earth has been producing it!

We need trees for paper, construction. We need livestocks to full our tummies. We need oil to fuel our cars. We need electricity to power our computers.

We are demanding so much, 7 billion of us. What makes you think we still have plenty. We are already on the tipping point. Government are trying to solve this issue. Don't say it's just propaganda because it's not, government loses money using alternative energy, coal energy produces more power but at a cost.

Oil a infinite depletion? I'm starting to think your just stupid not clueless. What makes you think oil is infinite? We are on the tipping point, we don't much oil to spare, it's all going to be drained in the next 20-30 years, at this rate. Remaining source of oil is deeper in the earth's crust, and boi that i going to take some serious mapping and digging to locate it.
