I am all in favor of medical weed but not legalizing across the board. In other words not for the hang nail.
I don’t know what MI definition of care giver is but mine. when it comes to any drugs is medical doc that has the right to prescribe medication. Not physical therapist, not a nurse not some grower not the wife who is being the taking care of victim of bone cancer.

Medical id that is more then a piece of card stock that been copied and can be modified on a home computer. With no out a way to verify prescription of the doctor. And who it was issued to.

What a waste of tax payers money! The government needs to spend that tax money on things that are actually dangerous like ohhh cocaine, heroine, & illegal dispension of dangerous (methodone, morphene, valium, oxycodone ect..) prescriptions drugs. I've never heard of anyone over-dosing & dying from marijuana, but I have on the other drugs listed above.

I don't understand. If medical marijuana is legal in Michigan and these people did nothing wrong, then why are they arresting patients?
